Delivery Information
Same-day delivery is available when our schedule and flower inventory allow. For the best availability, we recommend placing same-day orders before 2:00 PM. Orders placed later in the day may be fulfilled the following day during high-volume periods.
If your delivery is needed for a specific date or time, we recommend ordering in advance or contacting us before placing your order so we can confirm availability.
Whether you’re sending flowers to a home, hotel, restaurant, office, airport, or special event, our team will coordinate the details with care so your arrangement arrives beautifully.
Delivery hours
Same-day delivery is available for select Classic arrangements, subject to flower availability and our delivery schedule.
For the best chance of same-day fulfillment, we recommend placing your order before 2:00 PM. Orders placed later in the day may be scheduled for the following day if we are fully booked.

Delivery Rates
Delivery pricing is based on distance from our Phoenix studio:
● Local delivery — from $20
● Extended Phoenix Metro — from $25
● Outer Valley — from $50
● East Valley — from $60
● Long-distance delivery — from $100
● Tucson & select Arizona destinations — from $200
Your delivery fee will be calculated based on the destination provided at checkout. For locations outside our standard service area, please contact us for a custom delivery quote.
Pickup is also available — simply select Pickup at checkout.

For the best selection and scheduling availability, we recommend:
Classic Arrangements — Same-day when available
Custom Arrangements — At least 2 days in advance
Large Arrangements — Approximately 1 week in advance
Bridal & Event Florals — At least 1 month in advance
Holiday Orders — At least 1 week in advance

Flower Availability and Substitutions
At Florería Phoenix, every arrangement is created with careful attention to color, balance, and overall design. Because flowers are seasonal and availability can occasionally change, certain shades or varieties may need to be substituted.
This is a rare occurrence, and whenever we know an item is unavailable at the time of booking, we will always disclose it before your order is confirmed.
If a substitution is necessary, our floral designer will select a bloom or color of comparable quality and value while preserving the overall palette, style, and intention of your arrangement.
Our priority is always to ensure your bouquet feels cohesive, elevated, and true to the design you selected.
